Our salt cave has a clean floor with no salt on the ground. This promotes grounding calm energy and allows you the option to sit or lay on a yoga mat and stretch if you like. No need to rinse your feet off after you visit. Our chairs are one of a kind and the coziest you’ll ever experience.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring socks for walking in the cave. Everything else you need is provided, including blankets if you’d like to get cozy. Just bring yourself and be ready to relax.

Many clients enjoy meditating, practicing mindfulness, or even taking a restorative nap. If you prefer, you can bring a book, journal, or listen to calming music through headphones. The serene environment is designed to help you disconnect from the outside world and focus on your well-being. There’s no right or wrong way—just do whatever helps you feel most at peace.
